This dependance was once the guardian house of the main villa's owners. It is located at the entrance of the same estate, on street level, at the end of a dead-end lane. For this reason, the location is quiet. The dependance has been completely renovated and has a lot of privacy due to the distance to the villa. It has a small private garden of 350 sqm and a swimming pool for exclusive use. The spacious terrace of about 3m x 5m enjoys a view partly over the gardens and partly over the Lake Maggiore. A small public pebble beach is only 5 minutes walk. The centre of Laveno, with shops and restaurants, is only 15 minutes walk from the property. The dependance can be rented with the main villa or separately.

This small apartment with independent entrance is completely water front and sleeps up to 4 in one lofted double bedroom plus another small room with 2 single beds. In the past this small independent house used to be the wood-shed of the main palazzo. On the ground floor there are also the living room with dining area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the window you can admire the beautiful view of Lake Garda and the little beach. It is situated near the characteristic and quiet Porticciolo (little harbour) of Toscolano. From the narrow street a wrought-iron gate opens onto a private court yard. Please note that the entrance and the court yard are shared with other three apartments located in the adjacent building. At the end of the courtyard you can see the lake. In front of the door of the house there is a private area with table and chairs. Parking lots are available on the street plus one parking available in the courtyard for the guest of the apartment.

The house was built in the 18th century. A few years ago the owner restored it and converted it into a small house for 2+2 people.

A modern detached house, overlooking Lake Maggiore and the Castle of Angera, only 2 Km from Lesa and within 4 Km of Stresa and Arona. Located in a residential area, the villa is surrounded by a manicured fenced garden providing full privacy. The English (and French) speaking owner can assist you by phone in case of emergency. The villa is nicely furnished and very cared for. It has bright colored walls framing the panoramic windows. Each bedroom has its own small private bathroom and direct access to the upper terrace overlooking the lake.

Please note that : the local train passes 250 meters from the property (downhill and separated by other properties, trees and bushes). To reach the property you have to drive for about 100 meters on a winding road that goes steeply uphill. The twin bedrooms are smaller than the master bedroom, so the villa is the ideal accommodation for a family. The showers of the bathrooms are combined with a slipper tub, for this reason the villa is not recommended to aged people.
