The property is located halfway between Florence and Siena, among the verdant hills and the vineyards of Tuscany. In a panoramic position overlooking the valley of Greve in Chianti (430 m above sea level), it boasts wonderful views: the landscape is spotted with small forest, vineyards and olive groves. It is a perfect setting to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the famous Chianti wine-growing area. Until recently used as a farmhouse it is now country house that can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa (150 sqm) is surrounded by a nice and large fenced and gated garden with plenty of space for car parking (totally paved road). In front of the property is a spacious area equipped with two big dining tables, benches, chairs and sofas, for pleasant alfresco meals. On the back you will find a low table with small sofas.
